In 2003, Carney became the road manager for Keith Urban, a role he continues to hold today. Over the past two decades, Carney has toured extensively, including 15 trips to Australia, one of his favorite destinations. His work with Urban has taken him around the globe, cementing his reputation as a versatile and dedicated music professional.
